allowed to be bad…

This is the second time in the last couple of weeks I have come across the concept: Allow yourself to be bad at… – otherwise you lose momentum completely. The first time it was in the context of changing overeating. Now exercise. My baseline here is 10 mins + yoga stretches per day plus as many steps as I can manage per day (rarely 10,000, more often 5,000 – at a lazy week end 500). My knee injury excuses me as far as athletic goals are concerned, but I miss my stretches when e.g. I have to leave the house early and don’t get to do them first thing. It’s like I am breathing life into myself.
