Human kindness in these times

Protecting the whistleblowers. Part 1

Upon hearing of my legal matter after whistleblowing in the NHS today, a UK herbalist wrote to me:

“Dearest Barbara

You truly are an amazing and brave woman. WOW!!!!!

That was truly a selfless act of concern and care for your fellow man, if there were more people like you, brave enough to stand up and say “No, this is wrong!”, these so called ‘professionals’ who make decisions and in whose hands we place our lives and the lives of our loved ones, would be held accountable for their misconduct.

I would really like to gift you with a … 300mls bottle of the mixture of (herbal remedies, ca 2-3 months supply) ?Do let me know if you would accept my gift, it would be a complete honour if you do.”

Of course, I am deeply touched and very gratefully accept. (I had mentioned it as relevant for my stress-related condition and my lack of funds, thus limiting remedies I take.)

PS Incidentally, the legal case is now out of the UK Courts. An enquiry with relevant German Authorities re ECJ is pending.
