– as I say on the front page, comments are part of the work as I develop it. Here, I am reminded of a poet friend who said in a performance ‘to devalue DIY poetry is as if you are not allowed to take your bike to the shops is you can’t do the Tour de France’. I am definitely with her (although, come to think of it, I probably won’t see her rear lights for dust).
